Using the microscope allows one to see what's going on in the soil, compost, extract, water sample ect. on a micro scale.

From Bacteria to Aggregates, Microarthropods to Fugal spores, Protozoa to Nematodes. These are only some of the objects that we can observe through the lens.

Observing an explosion in microbial populations (Or Lack of soil microbes there of) can start painting a clear picture of why issues keep popping up in our garden, on our farm or in our fermentations.

Some examples include lack of Organic matter causing Water Retention to diminish, an explosion of Root-Knot Nematode devastating the roots of your crops. All these can be observed in real time on a micro level, and once you can observe an issue, you will know how to combat that specific issue.
